Very disappointing experience. We waited for service while several tables around us, who arrived after us, were attended to and served. Despite trying to get the staff’s attention, we were repeatedly overlooked. The difference in treatment left us feeling unwelcome and concerned that we were being treated differently. I hope management ensures that all customers are treated equally and respectfully. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Since many years I’ve come to this place when I visit Cologne. I usually have breakfast and afternoon cake…. This morning I traditionally had breakfast over there. When I got back to have coffee and cake this afternoon the only free space was a big table outside. After the waitress took my order and cleaned up the table she came back to ask me to sit at another table outside since this was a table for more people. I didn’t agree to do that since I’m having a bad cold and I suggested that other people could join me at this big table. The waitress told me that the other option was to go to another place. Thank you Rico for the German hospitality and gratitude that I’ve been customer for many years…. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
