Cafe Rathaus is pretty near Melk Abbey. After a long working week, you can taste good coffee. From the guests' point of view, the staff is cute here. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, this cafe is famous for its terrific service. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are reasonable. As guests find it, the atmosphere is dull here. Cafe Rathaus hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Located in the town centre, the cafe is one of the first you see when you first enter the towns' main square - and of course you tend to go be drawn to it after first looking at the square's historic fountain (circa 1687). But it as not anything special, so perhaps it is wise to keep wandering towards the other cafes located a bit further up the streets. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Waiter lady was nice and spoke english however the gentleman behind the counter who brought us our drinks spilled water all over the table and us too. The food was very average and kind of expensive for what you got. Overall I would not reccomend this place there are lots of other restaurants in the area. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30
