Café Razz looks like a fantastic place for a relaxed and satisfying dining experience. The menu offers an impressive variety, from Danish open sandwiches and fresh salads to juicy burgers, steaks and seafood. The warm-smoked salmon with tiger prawns sounds especially delicious, while the luxury burgers and crispy chicken burger offer tempting choices for burger lovers. I also like the focus on quality ingredients sourced locally and from specialist shops. Overall, Café Razz seems like a welcoming spot for enjoying flavorful food with friends or family. Went to Middelfart for the afternoon and had both lunch and dinner at this place. The second visit was ridiculous. The Country House “steak” was essentially a minced beef burger with béarnaise sauce. Neither had any flavour, which was very disappointing. While I understand that Denmark often has a “serve yourself” culture, we found it unreasonable that, after spending so much money, we weren’t allowed to ask the staff to put our leftovers into a takeaway box. Instead, we were told, “You have to do it yourself, and you have to pay for the box at the bar.” We accepted that, but then asked the same waitress if she could simply wrap the box in foil because of the sauces. (I felt sorry for her, as she’d only been working there for a week.) She came back and said the owner didn’t allow it and that she was no longer allowed to touch the box. When we asked to speak to the owner, the owner said, “We don’t have foil.”, and left. Very poor service for the prices they charge, and poor staff management as well. I would only recommend this place for drinks. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 500–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Smag er naturligvis individuel, og det er ærgerligt, at retten ikke faldt i din smag.Vedrørende takeaway gælder der hos os en fast procedure af hensyn til fødevaresikkerhed og hygiejne. Når en ret har været serveret og gæsten har spist af den, må vores personale ikke håndtere maden igen. Derfor udleverer vi gerne en takeaway-boks, som gæsten selv kan pakke maden i. Takeaway-boksen købes i baren.Vi bemærker dog, at du samtidig ønskede at tage resten af retten med hjem. Det kan godt virke lidt modstridende i forhold til beskrivelsen af, at maden var helt uden smag. Men vi respekterer selvfølgelig, at man stadig kan ønske at gemme rester.
