Great food -- great people -- super kid friendly -- international energy -- great atmosphere. Chef Daryl is AMAZING with kids. In one lunch. we made multiple new friends including some cool people from Seattle, Hawaii, L.A., and local Japan connections. I first met Chef Daryl while (somewhat dangerously) trying to ride 2 ebikes to pick up my son. He observered my precarious situation from the restaurant and (in the middle of work) left and rode my second bike for 4-5 blocks. Today our family went to Café Rico for lunch to say "thank you" and meet the owner, Rico-san. It was the most fun lunch we've had in ages and I can't say enough about how kind these folks are -- and the community that they attract as a result. We will go back. We will rent the space out for events and catering. It's immediately on our short list for favorite Minoo-area venues and the food, people and atmosphere are awesome. I wish I took picture (next time)! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Recommended dishes: Hamburger Parking options: Free of charge street parking Parking: They seem to have a few free spots so go inside and ask them (but don't take any neighboring spots -- they will show you where based on space available). Kid-friendliness: Everyone was kid friendly but Chef Darly has a wonderful reparte with all kids. He's got a wonderful way of getting their attention and respect and yet also playfulness and fun.
