I am vacationing with my family in Boise and originally ordered three tres leches at the Franklin location at 6:30 pm. They told me they were all out and wouldn't make any more tonight. I called around and Zane told me it was no problem to whip me up three tres leches as they were out as well. He saved the day and made my kids very happy by going the extra mile. I appreciate it when employees WOW me as a customer and he definitely deserves the recognition for it. Thanks so much Zane!!! Price per person: $1–10

The Broadway location regularly messes up my order. I ordered a side of grilled steak before and got a much bigger container than this...Soo not what I got this time for 4.39!!!!! Other than them forgetting items and wrong sizes, the food is still good. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4

I love this restaurant as a whole. This location is on my husband's way home from work but it's got enough room for improvement that we sometimes avoid it in favor of Franklin or Eagle. The good: -Overall, the food is fresh and made to order -The staff is always kind and hard at work The less good -Their most popular ingredient (sweet pork!) is all over the place. It's not supposed to be spicy. And it's never spicy at the other Cafe Rios, but here it'll make your eyes water half the time. -To-go orders are sometimes treated with less care than pickup orders standing in line. The salad tortillas aren't toasted for to-go orders, which means that they are soggy by the time you pick them up and taste almost raw Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
