Passed around to at least five different people while trying to make my order through the drive-through due to a language barrier and having to repeat myself several times. Literally felt like I couldn't get a word in edgewise and was continuously cut off. Which fine, but really nerve-racking when inquiring about an allergy. While making the order confirmed several times that I was getting the meal deal. When I got to the window, I was quoted three times the price that I should have been. At the window the theme was the same continuously cut off. And the window slammed in my face while I'm still mid sentence. Even had my tip handed back to me because I wasn't able to finish my sentence when handing my payment in. Reviewed the order in the parking lot. Several things were missing and when leaving after going to get it, it was apparent that they were sure I didn't speak Spanish. I'll leave it at that. The food leaves something to be desired and trust me. I am not picky in the slightest. Quesadillas had maybe a teaspoon of cheese and I am not exaggerating and a quarter cup of meat in each and hit a grill for no more than a minute. Rice is severely undercooked beans have no flavor and my quesadilla was soggy because the lettuce was soaked. So much dressing tasted like cilantro infused mayonnaise. And I'm pretty sure the fresh corn salsa it was just a scoop of the trimmings from everything they had diced that day. When I got home, I would head overlooked that one of the bigger items was still missing. All in all like I said, I'm not picky. I don't like to be this person. We're all out in the streets fighting for our lives right now, but don't spend your precious hard earned money here because the café Rio, we know and love is gone and replaced with whatever this is. Oh, Sidenote, when I went inside to inquire about my missing items, I was very close to pulling the plug on the whole thing upon seeing their workspace. The floor is covered with food And there's cross-contamination all over their counters. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We love Cafe Rio, but this location seemed to be lacking in several key areas. Did not get as much food as I used to when coming to this location. The food was good, but not impressed the portion size. Service was very lukewarm. The server seemed annoyed with us as we ordered our food. Not friendly to kids either which made me disappointed with them. Atmosphere was okay. While eating, I noticed that their windows area had dead bugs all around them. Overall, not impressed with the overall location presentation. Would recommend other locations over this one. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Lets see how long you last with the "new menu" and increased prices. $11 for a Quesadilla. That's a tortilla and cheese....$11, and you took away the rice and beans that came with it, just this pathetic plate, for $11, and only the cup of Pico came with it, the other dips didnt. We're done. You dont get my money anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
