This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences l've had. I asked for extra steak on my bowl, and the employee looked at me like I was crazy for even asking as if I wasn't going to pay for the extra portion. The attitude and facial expressions alone were very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a paying customer. Then, when I got to the register, my bowl accidentally fell. Instead of immediately remaking it, the employee was actually going to pick food up from the counter area and put it back into my bowl. That is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, some of the food spilled into the bag as well, and she still wasn't even going to replace the items that fell out. I was shocked by how careless and unhygienic the whole situation was handled. Overall, the customer service was horrible, the staff lacked professionalism, and the cleanliness standards were concerning. Customers should not be made to feel judged for ordering extra food they are paying for, and food that falls should never be picked up and served back to someone. Very disappointing experience !!!!! "First time here and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the special of the day Tostada It came out looking more like a salad bowl, lettuce piled so high it overtook the whole dish. Dial that back and it's perfect." Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Like everyone else, horrible service. I guess they don't want any business. Avoid, they don't deserve the business.
