It’s really disappointing to see customer service decline like this. I ordered two burritos enchilada-style, and when I received them, one had white cheese and the other had yellow cheese. I simply asked why there was a difference, and instead of getting a helpful response, I was told, “it’s at our discretion what cheese is used,” along with a dismissive attitude. That response completely missed the point. As a paying customer, I wasn’t looking for an argument—I was looking for clarification or, at the very least, an offer to correct it. A simple “we can remake it for you” would have gone a long way. What made the situation worse was the shrugging and lack of concern, especially since no other orders at the time seemed to have this inconsistency. It came across as careless and unprofessional. This kind of service is exactly why customers choose not to return. It’s not about the cheese—it’s about respect, accountability, and basic customer service . Do better. It's a decent Mexican style chain, very similar to all the rest. Went for carryout and got a burrito and quesadilla. It was a lot of food for the price. The aluminum makes it easy to reheat but next time I will skip the sour cream and use my own at home after reheating. I'm sure it would be fine dining in I also surprised my wife with two enchiladas. She likes the chicken but not the steak. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
