Wife and I went for dinner and they gave her two pieces of chicken for her taco and then barely gave me any rice or beans for my bowl. I had to ask for extra sides because it wasn’t even enough to cover the bowl. This is a consistent issue here. Either the owner or managers are asking the employees to serve less to cut costs or the employees are not trained properly. We’ve been loyal customers to this location but it’s just worse and worse Food: 1 Service: 1

Very bad location at traverse in Lehi. We ordered a beef burrito, it was obvious the people putting the food together had no clue what they were doing. The burrito was open at one end and leaking. We asked for it to be remade and he said it was just the way burritos are. When we got to the check out, we asked a very nice lady if we can get it remade. She did it herself and made it well, however the ingredients themselves (beef and beans) were so runny it soaked the entire bottom of the burrito leaving it inedible. The nice lady refunded our meal. I'm leaving this review so that the owner of this location can make improvements. This was unacceptable. Having gone to other café Rio locations, I know that this isn't to standard.
