What was one one of my wife and I’s favorite places is just terrible now. They charge extra for rice with a quesadilla and then even when you pay extra for the rice, rhey leave a tiny scoop in the corner of their newish unnecessarily large square paper plates. The service is poor and unfriendly. They used to have my loyalty but now I’m pretty sure any Costa Vida location blows this place out of the water. It makes me sad because I never leave bad reviews but I was so bothered with past few visits I just had to. A year ago this place was great. Something has happened there in the past while that has caused them to fall out of favor with people and if they don’t fix it no one will come back. Please get it together and don’t leave some generic reply to the review about how the team is working to make the experience better or how you have taken it into consideration or how you are sorry. Actually fix it or close up shop. I used to come here at least weekly but I now don’t plan on returning unless they fix everything. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very poor location for a dying franchise. Not the Cafe Rio of old. It took twenty five minutes to get our food ordering behind five customers. Tough to serve your customers with a staff of four people. Location is also very dirty, noticeable layers of dust in the kitchen and dining areas. I was sad to see them serving meat from pre made bags as well. The days of fresh made food are gone. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They removed the rice and beans from the quesadillas, meaning if you want them you have to pay $4 extra. Order online and pick up in store is always slow. My order was supposed to be ready at 7 and it was ready at 7:25. The drive through is always closed as well, even when the store is open. Frustrating. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
