The female employee with the black hair and nose ring who regularly works the front counter serving food has one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve experienced. Every interaction has made me feel like I’m an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The lack of friendliness, the rude demeanor, and the obvious frustration when customers come in before closing create a very unwelcoming atmosphere. I understand that working late shifts can be difficult, but if the business is open, customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, because of the repeated poor service from this employee, I no longer feel comfortable coming back. Management really needs to address this. Whether that’s through additional customer service training or making staffing changes, something needs to improve because this level of customer service is driving customers away. Absolutely horrible service. We were informed we couldn’t have outside food for our INFANTS. 8 month old infants. We were told we would have to leave because we were feeding our infants food that can’t be purchased in their store. I can understand that policy for adults but for literal babies? This is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant but is anything but. Do yourself a favor and take your family somewhere else!
