I ordered at your restaurant morning July 3 and ordered a bowl. I asked for one small container of house dressing not extra or anything. The girl charged at extra .50 for it. I told I’ve never been charged before. She was very rude. Lots of places to eat so don’t need to go there.. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Café Rio is such a great place to eat! The food is always amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. My favorite thing to get is the burrito because it’s so delicious and filling. The staff is also incredibly friendly, nice, sweet, and caring, which always makes the experience even better. Every time I go, I leave happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend Café Rio to anyone looking for great food and excellent customer service! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently dined at Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The place's cleanliness left much to be desired, and it was surprising to find it dirty even though the restaurant was empty. The customer service I received from both employees who assisted us needed to be improved. While they weren't rude, their lack of friendliness was noticeable. The price for two meals with 2 drinks, chips, and salsa came to a hefty $45, which felt steep considering the overall experience. I had higher expectations for Cafe Rio, and I hope they can improve to provide a better dining experience for their customers.
