I had an issue with an order that was made incorrectly, and Greg (or Craig) assisted me. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Not only did he fix the issue, but he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left satisfied. You can tell he truly cares about providing great service. It is rare to experience customer service nowadays that is this thoughtful and attentive, which is why I felt the need to write a review. I was honestly blown away by how helpful and friendly he was. I had an amazing experience at Café Rio, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Greg, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Greg was professional, friendly, and truly attentive. He made sure our food was fresh and everything came out exactly how we wanted it. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience and runs a tight ship. Because of his service, we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Greg, for making our visit exceptional! The last three times I’ve eaten here they have ran out of their Horchata and mint limeade, the first time I just thought “oh well that happens”, second time is odd, but now it’s looking like poor floor management. The food at this location is also very inconsistent, I used to be good regularly but now usually bland or not prepared well. Found a mostly whole bouillon cube in my meat.
