I really wouldn't mind paying $15 and change for a steak burrito if they actually gave you a good portion here. Mind you its more than that if you want anything else everything is extra. You get THE SMALLEST container of sour cream on the side its comical. Price per person: $10–20

Ordering catering for the family for my niece graduation. Issues happen, staff can forget items.i called and the catering staff was rude and dismissive that to me was totally unacceptable and she lied, treating me like I was dumb. Items missing and salsa spillage. Quality taste of food was not the same! My family had a medical emergency so we decided to have catering food for Cafe rio, for my Niece graduation. this became added stress to our family. I didn’t need to be treated like this. No call from restaurant or general manger. I hope things change, paying $400+ families deserve better! ******Your response seems automated and not sincere, take people’s time and money seriously! Corporate do better!!! Price per person: $100+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Chips

We used to love getting takeout from them, but the service is very slow now! The food is decent, but could be better. We placed an order from 25 minutes away while shopping at Target in Germantown. The order pickup time said the food would be ready in 20 minutes. We got to the restaurant and still had to wait an hour before it was finished! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
