I'm not a fan of this location. Our food had about 1/2 the meat, rice, and beans as usual. I think they were running low and were skimping on ingredients. Also, we paid for a large bag of chips and were given a small. When i complained, they added more chips. Staff member behind the counter tied her apron with her gloved hand and then went back to touching food. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes for food that definitely was not worth the wait. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

ordered steak and got shredded chicken and no rice. I ordered through their app so i have no way of reporting and getting a refund. You don’t deserve to lose money because of incompetence, go to another location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a bunch of meat and sides for a taco/burrito bar (which I've done before). Got home and one of the meats was only a little over 1/2 pound (9.6 oz). (None were quite a pound which is what I ordered). Called them up and was told that since they weigh it all out, I'm wrong and that there was nothing they could do.

Ended up having to call their corporate support line and was able to get some reconciliation, so at least they understand at that level. Won't be eating at this location again any time soon.
