Went through the Drive-thru, big mistake, I should have just gone inside to order, that way I can see my order be made in front of me. The guy taking the order was very hard to understand and he couldn’t understand me either. I asked to repeat my order back to me and again very hard to understand him. He seem like he didn’t speak or understand English much, just less than bare minimum. Got to the window and asked for a receipt and he still got my order wrong. He also over charged me for 2 extra sweet pork quesadillas when I only asked for 1. We gave him the receipt and the credit card back to process the refund. I’ll have to wait till the charge clears to see if he really did process it correctly. How are these employees hired when they don’t meet the basic requirements of customer service? This place has really low reviews, there absolutely needs to be a change in MANAGEMENT! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $70–80 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The staff was friendly, the building itself was a bit noisy even for so little people I couldn't imagine when the place gets full. The food great portion for the price. I just felt could use a bit more flavor in the salsa and maybe not feeling rushed through the line. Was hard to decided what we wanted because they made it feel like we were holding every up. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
