Visited Ripples Cafe and had a really lovely experience. I asked for something to perk me up without too much caffeine, and Alice recommended a “secret” hojicha drink that was smooth and comforting, just nice without being too strong. The pastries were really good too. The butter croissant was rich and flaky, and the pain au chocolat surprised me. I left it for a while before eating, and even when it was cold, it still tasted amazing. That was the moment I fell in love with it. The whole place has a very warm vibe. The team is friendly and welcoming, and Alice really stood out for her kindness and attentiveness. They even have a little journal corner, which I found quite thoughtful. It’s a nice touch if you just want to slow down and clear your mind for a bit. Kudos to the Ripples Cafe team. Definitely a place I’d come back to. It's a nice cosy place to chill, work or read for a couple of hrs. Matcha cake and coffee was not bad and we liked these more than the matcha mango. Service was warm and welcoming, just like the ambience itself, and is the best thing abt this cafe imo. Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
