Enjoy nicely cooked crab salads, crabs and sandwiches at this cafe when you happen to be near it. Visitors don't highly appreciate muffins and cappuccino at Cafe Romy. It's easy to find this place due to its great location. A number of guests have noticed that employees are knowledgeable here. Unprofessional service is something that people don't like at this spot. You will pay adequate prices for your meal. As clients find it, the atmosphere is cozy here. But this cafe has been rated below average by Google.

An elder member of my family was walking in front of this "Cafe" and slipped on some chocolate and fell rather hardly on the ground. None of the employees acknowledged her fall including the older, male, owner/manager. If you see someone fall you should do the decent thing and see if they are okay instead of ignoring her. He actually accused her of trying to pull this as a "trick" for money when we went back to ask him about it!! He doesn't know anything about our finances but trust me, we don't need extra money, esp from a crappy coffee booth with terrible customer service. He also said he wasn't responsible for what is on the floor outside of his cafe/booth. He may not be responsible but he could put out some effort to keep his area clean. We ended up talking to security (who was very nice and professional) to document the fall in case she had any fractures and hopefully they can review the video of the man looking the other way and MAYBE possibly begin the process of removing this terrible coffee booth from the mall.
