The food was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend their fried ice cream and all of their tacos. Their pineapple chicken taco was literally the best thing I've eaten in my life. The service was genuine and quick, and shoutout to my server Kaya for giving me the tips for deal days! Absolutely would come back with friends! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our office loves ordering Cafe Sabor for our office lunches! The food is always fresh and delicious, and generous in portions. Lots of options too for both individual and catering orders. The owner is very nice, personable, and detail-oriented. He really goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience and are satisfied. The only reason why I give 4 stars for atmosphere is because we usually order catering to our office, so I can't speak as much to the actual restaurant atmosphere, but no complaints from the little I've experienced. We have lots of positive things to say about the great food and the professional service we've received! I would definitely recommend, whether you're looking for a catering service of some kind, or just somewhere fun and tasty to eat yourself! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Last Thursday, April 16 we went to dinner as a family of five while Visiting Rexburg for baseball Game. We arrived at 6:45 PM. We were seated in a booth and our servers name was E We waited about 20 minutes and asked multiple times before receiving water, chips and salsa, we also ordered queso. After order was taken, food came out for all family members except me. I reminded E.. that I ordered a protein bowl so she went back to the kitchen to see what happened but didn’t return to tell me until 20 minutes later. By now, my family has eaten most of their food and E.. tells me the paper fell behind something in the kitchen so my bowl was never made. I ask Why it wasn’t made when she went back to find out because it’s been 20 minutes since she went looking for it. She asks if I would still like it, i say yes, bring out in a to go box because my family is now done eating. Fast forward 15 minutes, E.. returns and asked if it’s OK if she just takes my meal off the ticket. Thinking she’s going to bring my food out and comp it. Nope, she means just eliminate my order like I never ordered! I ask, so I’m just not eating and she replies, "I can have to kitchen make it now if you'd like" - are you kidding me?!! Manager finds out and comes over to say sorry. Not, “hey, let me comp some meals or let me hurry and make it for you”. Just, sorry. We were absolutely floored! We went out to eat at a restaurant, but after an hour and 45 minutes I never got to eat. It's so crazy it's laughable, but I was hungry and angry! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my 50 years on earth. I’m sure E. a nice girl but it was a disaster! I’m still floored at what happened! We had to flag down someone else to refill chips. Had to flag down someone else to refill waters. I grew up in Logan, Utah, and loved going to café sabor. This was so disappointing! Cafe Sabor no more. Funny, this little sign about “how’s our service” sits at the table but after texting and getting no response I had to post here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I sincerely apologize for your experience and that no one has responded to your feedback on our texting line. I am currently following up on both issues. Please know that customer service is very important and the way that your experience was handled is not acceptable. I will be personally following up with our team in Rexburg to make sure this is corrected through training and follow up. I know that I am not able to go back and repair the situation from last Thursday; however I would love the opportunity to send you a gift card to bring your entire family back for the type of experience you should always expect from Cafe Sabor.
