Should Be Renamed 'Cafe Rude' I've been a regular at this cafe for several months, visiting early each morning. Unfortunately, my experiences with one particular female staff member have consistently been negative. Her rude and sarcastic demeanor is unacceptable, and it seems I’m not alone in this opinion—other reviews mention her as well. Her attitude is so poor that she should consider a career change away from hospitality. I was spending an average of £25-30 every morning here, but I have finally reached my limit. Writing negative reviews isn't something I do lightly, but after today, I feel compelled to share my experience. There are plenty of cafes with friendly and courteous staff. Why spend money to be treated poorly? I certainly won't be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have used this cafe a number of times and always enjoyed the food and service. On our last visit they were very busy as a chef was off and we had to wait for 30 minutes or so to be served. The owners did not charge us for our meal even though I wanted to pay. I don't believe that this would happen in many other cafés and it just shows how committed they are to make sure their customers are looked after. Well done and thank you so much for your kind gesture. We will see you again soon!
