Right after visiting Suginami Public Hall, come for a meal. The high ratings of this cafe would be impossible without the cool staff. But google users haven't given Cafe Style a high rating.

Usual linear layout with 15 seats, with the narrow side facing the street. Mellow music and modern atmosphere. Wi-Fi available, but I don't see any charging. Location is a bit awkward, but there was a sign on the main street. The sign actually got me to look at a different place nearby, but that's more of a rental reading room with coffee as a sideline. Coffee has a very pleasant flavor but because of the price and location I'm going to call it a regular four stars rather than high.
