Very disappointed in the Pho Bar, we eat here usually twice a month and is always good, however tonight was a failure, my wife got a Pho Filet Mignon and the meat was half raw and smelled sour, we send it back, and I told the waiter exactly why we send it back but my words fell on def ears, I got a fried chicken rice and it had no flavor at all, my grandma had Tofu Pho and no flavor and vegetables were hard, its terrible when you go out to eat and have to experience such bad service and food, we will be going back to Mr Pho that place is always on point! One more note the owner needs to hire more professional workers because the young lady with colored eyes has no compassion for serving the customers!
