The fact that they have an actual weaving floor with working looms is AMAZING! You will definitely need some ear plugs but it is worth it. There is usually someone there actually working the machines and making dishcloths that you can then buy at the museum store...how cool is that!

I love Cafe Utec! This is my go-to lunch spot during my work week. I usually order a "build your own bowl" which allows me to choose a handful of my favorite healthy foods to mix, such as quinoa, avocado, and cranberries. The ingredients are always fresh. I also love their coffee options. The best part is how the employees make an effort to remember my name and my regular orders. Definitely a great find.
