Duck for Morten's evening; dry duck breast with several tough pieces, boring sauce with no taste. The browned potatoes were made from asparagus potatoes, but with skin on! And then they weren't browned so they tasted deliciously sugary, but were just dried out with a little sweetness in the skin.
