Very disappointing experience. The Detroit sausage panini was served completely cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted, and the sausage tasted undercooked with a strong unpleasant meat smell and flavor. When we pointed this out to the staff, the only response we got was “that’s how it’s supposed to be,” with no explanation, apology, or attempt to fix the issue. To make it worse, the cake platter was basically made up of cake crumbs and the slics was too small . For the prices they charge, both the food quality and customer service were far below expectations. Definitely not a place I’d recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty pricey for what they offer. We got a tea, latte and a piece of pistachio cake. nothing out of ordinary. The mall’s patio was very beautiful yet everyone were smoking.
