This cafe and Nogi Family Old Residence can be both really attractive for tourists. A number of reviewers say that the staff is efficient at this place. The fine service is a great advantage of Cafe Win. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Around 25 seats in an open layout with some nice windows, though just buildings outside. Makes me wonder if the cafe name is some kind of Microsoft joke. Modern slightly artsy atmosphere with jazz music. Supposed to be "How About You?" by Urbie Green but that search showed lyrics and it's just instrumental. Wi-Fi available on request. They also sell some fancy mugs. Quite a flavorful heavy cup of coffee. I'm willing to call it a high four stars as a nice place to rest or study Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
