Don't let first impressions make up your mind.. made to feel welcomed bye all staff and very helpful which also included the chef who came out and introduced himself. We had ourselves the seafood platter which was outstanding with a toffee pudding with an African twist and a complimentary glass of house wine. A must try and we will be going back for sure..

Considering I’ve lived in South Africa and my partner is South African we booked a table after reading the 5 star reviews. On arrival the waitress didn’t know about the booking, she had been roped in to help so didn’t know what any of the dishes were. The back ground music was skipping and it set the tone for the rest of the meal. The traditional SA dishes were substandard, the bread with the chicken livers was the bottom half of a burger bun, the mixed grill with the boerewors sausage was ok not great, overall poor presentation and disappointing. This a poor representation of SA food. 2 out of 5.
