Came in for a quick decaf coffee and ended up in a screaming match instead. Service was disorganized and slow, and the problem started the moment the barista began preparing my order, he clearly wasn't listening to his colleague's instructions on how to make it. When I tried to point this out, neither of them would let me finish a single sentence before interjecting, major listening issues on both their parts. When I calmly pointed out that he would have gotten it right if he'd just listened, he responded by yelling at me, not exactly how you should ever speak to a customer. To make matters worse, they couldn't process payment either way: no change for cash, and the card machine wasn't working (or they didn't have one, I honestly can't remember which). This happened on Sunday, July 5th at 12:30pm, and unfortunately it's not the first time I've had issues here. I genuinely love Carrion, their coffee, and this terrace. It's a genuinely nice spot, which makes it even more frustrating that they're chasing customers away with this kind of attitude. I've been a loyal customer for years, but after being treated this way, I won't be coming back.
