It's difficult to find food without knowing how to speak Nihongo in Tokushima. Nevertheless, Cafe du RUNE didn't disappoint. This is probably the most visible dining place near Tokushima City Hall. Some of the items on the menu were either in English or katakana. The toast, coffe, down to the sides were exquisite and tasty. The only downside was that I came too early for lunch. The pasta dishes weren't available yet.
