Das Café unten ist unglaublich. Es hat eine sehr gute Auswahl an Gerichten, mit dem besten Kaffee den ich in Marokko trinken konnte. Ich kann nur empfehlen ein Crêpe zu bestellen und euch am Gebäck ranzumachen. Der Service ist ok, vielleicht nicht sehr gesprächig, aber es ist nett und ruhig. Wem es zu lange dauert, der sollte selbst nachfragen nach seiner Bestellung, jedoch kam der Kaffee und Kuchen schnell am Tisch an, weshalb ich mich nicht beschweren könnte. Wer es ruhig mag und das Essen wertschätzt, der kommt hier her, doch erwartet keine langen Gespräche, sondern nur direkter Service. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Je veux d’abord préciser que cet avis concerne uniquement le café-restaurant, et non l’hôtel en lui-même. Très honnêtement, j’ai vécu une expérience très décevante. Le service était extrêmement lent, le personnel nonchalant, et l’attitude générale, aussi bien du staff que des agents de sécurité, était froide, distante, parfois même inhumaine. Je ne parle pas ici d’un simple oubli ou d’un petit retard, mais d’une attitude générale qui donne l’impression qu’on dérange plus qu’autre chose. Ce genre de traitement laisse un goût amer, et surtout beaucoup de questions sur la façon dont certains établissements à Rabat considèrent leurs clients. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
