Me atendio super bien una trabajadora, ayudandome con conocimientos tecnicos y con la busqueda de mi producto. No hay ningun cartel que los haga visibles y necesitan tenerlos. I arrived at this store, looking for a Bialetti Italian coffee maker and this store was the one that sold it cheaper, being the same quality and brand that was more expensive elsewhere, once I entered their website cafestore.cl, I not only bought the coffee maker but a Manual frother from the Bialetti brand and a very very delicious Lama coffee, my opinions are the following: Bialetti Italian coffee maker: it makes excellent coffee if you know how to use it and follow the tips they give on the internet (although for me in particular it turned black inside the base, where the water is placed, I don't know if that is normal, but no I liked it, even though it's inside, it gives the feeling that something didn't go well). Bialetti manual milk frother: the truth is that I think the electric ones are better, which I did not know until after buying this one, the truth is that it is not excellent for frothing milk but it does its job, although the foam does not last long and is difficult to make. , and it is very delicate, if you do not wash it carefully or are cautious it will surely end up being damaged. Another negative point is that when you are frothing the milk, it is thrown from the sides and from the top, where the system moves to froth, and it is extremely expensive, I really DO NOT RECOMMEND IT Cafe Lama brazil sunrise: EXQUISITE, INCREDIBLE, THE BEST I HAVE EVER DRINK.
