This has become my go to coffee shop in Media. I stop in a few mornings a week before work and the baristas are always so pleasant and remember my usual order. The vanilla oat milk latte is perfection and their pastries are baked fresh every morning. The space is cozy but not cramped, there are a few tables by the window that get great morning light. It is also right on State Street so if you are walking around downtown this is a perfect first stop. I have tried most of the coffee spots around here and this is the one I keep coming back to. Cafesphere feels like stepping into a European-style coffee shop that doubles as a community hub, something that’s rare to find in Delaware County. It has that lively, welcoming energy where people gather, linger and connect. The coffee is consistently delicious: rich, smooth and expertly crafted. The desserts are just as impressive. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made, making it easy to settle in and stay awhile. The layout adds to the charm. With seating across three levels, I can always find the perfect spot, whether I'm meeting friends or working on my computer. The bathrooms are spotless, and families love the imaginative kids’ play area where little ones can pretend to run their own café. One of the best features is the deck overlooking State Street, complete with a view of Trader Joe's. It’s a fun vantage point that's perfect for sipping a tasty beverage and soaking in the energy of downtown Media. Staff members are friendly and attentive. They clearly take pride in creating a positive experience. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes, and it shows in every detail. Cafesphere stands out as the best spot in the Philadelphia suburbs to grab coffee and unwind. A true gem right in the heart of Media! I just saw the negative review left by someone and feel compelled to respond. I’m a regular customer and I was there the morning that this person is talking about, so let’s be honest about what actually happened. Complaining that a small local coffee shop was busy at 10am on a weekday is wild. It’s basically complaining that they are successful. There is a reason they are that busy. The staff is always cheerful and friendly, they work incredibly hard, and the drinks are consistently made to perfection. Locals love this place for a reason. What you left out is that the owner personally brought you and your friend extra chairs so you could sit near the children’s play area. You then stayed there for over an hour chatting during peak hours, which is the very thing you are upset about other customers doing, even rolling your eyes at them. The irony is hard to miss. If a thriving cafe full of happy customers feels like an inconvenience, maybe the issue is not the seating, but the expectation of having a quiet, empty shop on demand. Small businesses being busy is something to celebrate, not criticize. I love this place and will continue to frequent it for everything it has to offer! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
