volunteers on their phones then immediately touching food without washing. They cant cook a grilled cheese for the life of them..... they have broken grills, overload their appliances and serve you soggy disgusting half cooked food that you waited a long time for just for it to be cold in the middle. I dont understand why they can't make the easiest things, or have the simplest sanitary precautions like washing your hands after I see you scratching your scalp and face. Please go to canadian tire and replace some of your equipment thats failing. Or teach your employees how to cook with more skill than a 4yo with a microwave Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Hospital food has always been gross. But being a patient here and getting food that literally comes out of a can is gross. Someone needs to fire the head chef or planner and implement someone better who is going to make healthy meals with real protein and fruit. Im literally disgusted that the KGH hasnt hired someone better who can plan appropriate meals and cook better food.
