This is the best spot near The Modello Palace. It's a must to taste great coffee while coming to this bar. Most visitors mention that the staff is hospitable. Lovely cafe hiding away from the more touristy cafes. We got off a bus in Rijeka at 5 am and they were the first ones open at 6. The waitress was very sweet and the coffee was some of the best I've had in Croatia. Good prices. Mostly locals here, which is always a good sign. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Rijeka!
