Poor service and the girl who took our order didn’t have a clue about the menu. She told us the breads were the waffles even when I asked twice because it said “breads”. I then asked her if the nuetella bread (again, she said it was a waffle) had any other nuts on it due to an allergy and she told us that there wasn’t. When then waited past 30 mins to get our supposed waffles but soggy bread that were chewy on the outsides and then cold in spots not even where the ice cream was. Because the guy working there even told us they were frozen and premade. So they had to warm them up and he said that’s what was taking so long. then our Nutella “waffle” bread had walnuts all over it. So, we only got our “waffle” soggy, chewy, and cold bread that was only partially eaten and had to return the other and ask for a refund because we were done waiting.
