We ordered cappuccino, but what we received was basically chocolate milk made from powder. After we told the waiter that this was not coffee, he pointed at the package and said it was “chocolate cappuccino” and not machine-made cappuccino. We were never given a menu, so how were we supposed to know that their “cappuccino” comes from instant powder instead of an actual coffee machine? Afterwards, he finally brought us real cappuccino from the machine, but still charged us for the first drinks as well. When I explained that this misunderstanding was clearly caused by the lack of information and poor service, his response was essentially: “That’s what we sell. You wanted it changed, I don’t care.” The coffee was awful, the service extremely rude, and the whole experience felt like a complete rip-off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you want a good espresso, go elsewhere. There are many better options in Bitola.
