Ordered the Garlic Prawn Melt. Place was near empty and was still a half hour wait. When the food finally arrived it wasn’t worth the wait. 3 prawns which were poorly peeled on a cold piece of sourdough

Worst customer service I have ever received. Waited in line for 15 minutes when there were 2 people ahead of me and the service workers were the slowest people in the world. Treated me horribly and will not be going back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered French toast and a cheeseburger as well as waffles for dessert and was told it would take 20 minutes to be finished. It wasn’t busy at all but we were happy to wait. 30 minutes later we we had to ask where our food was and they told us 5 more minutes. It took 40 minutes for French toast to be finished along with the waffles and the cheeseburger took 50 minutes. No apology or explanations, they just placed the food on the table and left. Food was cold when the burger and chips came out. Other caffe cherry beans are way better in service and food.
