Great staff (waiter and the lady at the bar). We felt very comfortable being here! The chocolate cake is amazing, but the vegan pistaccio was OKAY :) All in all we would absolutely recommend, especially between 8-9 pm or for breakfast Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend

I am sorry to say my first experience of caffe concerto Shaftesbury Avenue has been poor.We were greeted by a sullenly welcome, service was slow as if one had been forgotten, one of the main courses was entirely missed off by the waiter, who was more interested in looking at himself in the mirrors than waiting on his customers, he obviously felt only 2 out of 3 people were eating.The aftercare was lacking and it took just as long to receive our bill and even then they had the audacity to add a service charge.There was one light shining through the dark, dry atmosphere, a young waiter named Ruben who served food that we did receive, he was a delight, kind, observant & attentive.In all our experiences with restaurants around London, this was clearly one, if not the worst.
