This is a great spot for breakfast. You get homemade food made by great people. I have eaten here multiple times and every time my meal excedes expectations. The owners and people that work here truly care about giving great service to their customers. The pancakes with homemade maple butter and homemade maple syrup is the best thing on the menu. It’s literally 90 degrees in this restaurant. The food quality has gone down and takes forever to be served. Avoid! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30

After about 5 visits here, I can confidently say this is one of the best spots in Spring Hill. Coffee is always great, their food is also excellent. Not a huge selection but that means they excel in making what they do. The service staff and the owner are always very friendly and accommodating. I’ve never experienced a long wait for food or my coffee as you can watch them cook and brew everything in front of you. Fantastic waffles and chicken, syrup is also great. Definitely recommend checking Caffe Connection out and supporting this small business!
