It’s a hidden oasis! A nice relaxing cafe with low prices. However, it is difficult to find. I went down the escalators to B1 and found near the toilets an elevator that took me to the 4th floor. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the only decent coffee place around here (you’d be surprised given the high concentration of office workers!) so I go here all the time. Reasonable price for good coffee.
