Came in for a drink to go. Trainee barista very helpful and trying her best to get my drink right. Manager completely dismissive and unhelpful not even trying to assist and just sat on her laptop not even glancing at me or the barista. Toxic environment due to poor manager on site. Ruined what would otherwise be a good experience just getting coffee

I often visit before university on a morning, the service is great and like all Caffe Nero stores the staff and coffee are brilliant.
