Not a bad little coffee shop at Heathrow and the staff were very kind and friendly. The prices are reasonable and their offerings are creative! I ordered an ICED CHERRY LATTE and purchased the MANGO PASSION FRUIT BIRCHER which were both delicious.

9/8/22 Location: Located at Terminal 5 prior to Check in at departures. Since British Airways allows you to check in luggage only 3 hours prior to flight, this is convenient as it allows you to grab a quick bite if you're 6 hours early at the airport like we were. It is quite busy as it is the only coffee and food restaurant before you go to the gate. The coffee was warm to hot. The ham and cheese sandwich was also nice and hot. The bread was soft and tasty.

Normally of all the places in T5 I enjoy having coffee here the most, however recently the standard has dropped it just isn't what it used to be. Plus Caffe Nero rather than being honest with the pricing are adding an extra 35p to every cup as a supplement for single origin coffee, but if they aren't asking customers or giving them a choice surely the small coffee instead of being 3.05 should be priced at 3.40 on the board. Hopefully as the terminal gets busier they will improve and be more transparent with the pricing.
