Alec and Graham served me and I wish I can give them 100 stars for there service but the app have only 5 stars, thank for the smile while serving customers and trust me, you give the best service best CUSTOMER service, everybody’s happy when they come. I see their faces when they say hello to you so definitely five stars to you guys for your service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I do like Caffè Nero places. My problem is I only drink tea or hot chocolate, so, can't say anything about coffee. Sorry!
