Dined here for dinner, we arrived around 6:30pm. The food was delicious, absolutely no complaints and the service was good. The waiters were very pleasant. However the atmosphere is awful, especially if you’re placed at the booth seats near the counter. Multiple times I gave up trying to talk because it was so loud. And there was a constant stream of people behind me paying for their meals. I understand it was busy. But there was just too much noise and traffic. It was too cramped to feel comfortable. What an amazing wonderful welcoming experience. Our first encounter was with the lovely Aileigh. Very friendly throughout our time their. The other two lady staff were very kind and friendly also. My husband and I stopped by Caffe Primo for a quick midweek evening date, and we had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient throughout our visit. The ambience was warm and relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. We were seated straight away without having to wait for a table, though we did visit on a Wednesday evening, so I'm not sure how busy it gets on other days. We shared the Double Stack Pancakes with Nutella and strawberry topping, and they were absolutely delicious! The portion size was generous and perfect for two people to comfortably enjoy. My husband is a huge mocha lover and can be quite particular about his coffee, so the fact that he thoroughly enjoyed his mocha says a lot! My hot chocolate was also lovely, rich, and comforting. One thing we really appreciated was the variety on the menu. Whether you're after burgers, salads, meat dishes, desserts, coffees, or something sweet, there's truly something for everyone. Overall, we loved everything about our visit and would happily return. Great food, lovely drinks, wonderful service, and a welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 – highly recommended!
