I don’t understand how a café can neglect the cleanliness of its restrooms like this. A well-kept toilet with enough toilet paper should really be a given. When I went to the restroom, the state of it was truly bad: no toilet paper, no water, and no soap available. If the restroom is already in this kind of condition, you can’t help but wonder what the kitchen looks like. Cleanliness should be a top priority in the entire food service business – here I unfortunately got the feeling that the owner and staff simply don’t care whether hygiene is up to standard for customers. Too bad, because this kind of thing leaves a really bad impression and doesn’t make you want to come back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
