Suggestive environment, worst staff imaginable. Extreme rudeness, gloomy faces and being infinitely annoyed, you have the clear feeling of being too many. A waiter asks me to move twice while I drink a coffee at the counter, shouting “everyone slow today” as I let him pass. Embarrassing. Mediocre quality of the savory dishes, good coffee. Great cakes, terrible service. Good coffee and great choice of cakes. Unfortunately when the bar moved to the other side of the square it forgot to bring the sense of service with it. It's rare to find such sour faces in Lucca. One day one of the women who work there might remember to smile. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
