This company engages in questionable business practices by shipping used or previously opened products and then relying on a return policy that appears unfairly structured in their favor. In the event of an issue, customers are directed to the manufacturer or required to cover return shipping costs and additional fees themselves, with little accountability taken by the company. Buyer beware.

Don’t buy from them they have the worst customer service and never respond. My 6k machine was dead on arrival. They brand it as new but clearly shifty / fraudulent practice is on going here.
