The owner of this cafe leaves his worn, old chairs on the ground floor of the neighboring building so that they obstruct the entrance to the pantry. This has been going on for months and is a good indicator of how small-minded and arrogant the leadership of this quasi-party is and the reason why to bypass it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
