My husband and I went to this place because he wanted an espresso and I ordered a sandwich to go. After we paid, he sat down with his drink that takes 2 minutes to drink. The owner saw I was lingering and told me to leave. I told her he was drinking his espresso and she said my order was to go. I left. Don't bother with this place. They are clueless and rude. There was absolutely no one waiting for a table. I didn't even sit down, I was just waiting for my husband. This was my only bad experience in Rome. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice café, friendly staff, and great coffee and pastry. I’m not sure about negative reviews, but I guess some tourists have unrealistic expectations. First time experience here and extremely happy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rip-off Rome. 4€ for a cappuccino? Really? Looks great, historic & attractive. Unhappy zombie staff, don't expect any hello or goodbye, but the coffee is good. No charging of mobile phones allowed, and the electric sockets are blocked, "not working". Different management could make this jewel shine, maybe, it just feels that they don't like customers.
