We came yesterday before 9pm and I ordered a decaf latte. When they made it, they said latte, so I asked if it was decaffeinated. He said that it was with caffeine and that I didn't say anything, that I wanted without caffeine, and he continued what he was doing, he didn't make any contact. I understand that you can't hear everything in the evening after a full day of work, but it's strange that he just replied that I didn't say it. Then I ordered some cocoa, I wasn't going to risk being decaffeinated again. In this case, I think at least the discount could have been applied to the second drink... It seems that if the customer does not argue, there is no need to decide anything. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unique and cool concept. Whether you want to study or chill with a friend, this is a good place. Great central location. Caffeine has a rewards app. The staff speaks English and is very friendly. They have a variety of drinks and sweet and savory snacks. I came here for long hours of studying and was never upset. It's dog friendly and the toilet is usually clean. My boyfriend and I came to drink coffee, we ordered a mocha and a latte, we got a mocha and a cappuccino. when I asked why cappuccino and not latte, they said that it's almost the same thing, so take that one. it is understandable that they are similar, but they are 2 different drinks on the menu. furthermore, there was no contemporary paper in the toilet, and when I asked for more, he rolled his eyes and walked away as if it was the greatest feat to bring paper. finally, not finished the coffee yet Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
